Called 'Forms' in the trial version, Twine's workflow builder can be a powerful tool for collecting data and firing it off elsewhere.

It can be used as a simple survey tool, or as a way to bring HR tasks online, such as booking annual leave or recording expenses.

It's a way build pages containing different input fields like text, star ratings and date pickers. Once this is done, you can design different outputs for the data collected, like HTML email and approval requests to managers.

Using these tools you can begin to make complex workflows and simple forms.

As an admin, you're able to create and manage as many forms as you like, and even pin them to the main menu if they are particularly important.
